  • All sessions are held virtually via Google Meet, making coaching convenient and accessible from anywhere. A private meeting link is automatically provided for each scheduled session.

  • Sessions are conversational, supportive, and practical. We’ll discuss your current challenges, identify patterns, and work through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies together. Each session includes clear takeaways so you know exactly what to focus on next.

  • No. You can start with a single 60-minute session if you’d like clarity or guidance without a longer commitment. However, most clients find that packages provide better results through consistency and ongoing support.

  • After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a private scheduling link to book your sessions at times that work for you. This helps ensure sessions are reserved for paid clients only and keeps scheduling simple.

  • Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with advance notice. Specific rescheduling policies will be outlined in your client coaching agreement.

  • No. Health coaching services are not covered by insurance. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
